Sounds pretty sweet? Here’s how it works.

🧾 You learn about a current job opening at Go Auto, either through word of mouth or the Current Openings section on GoAuto.ca/careers

👥 You realize that one of your friends is qualified for the job, and is sure to be the rock star employee that you are.

📧 Send your referral, and your friend’s resume to jobreferral@goauto.ca, indicating the position being applied for and why your friend is a perfect fit.

💵 If your friend is interviewed and then hired, you get your referral money, no questions asked.

Step by Step Guide:

1. All available positions are listed on goauto.ca under “current openings”.
2. It’s expected that the applicant must have a specific cover letter and resume.
3. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer! Send them to jobreferral@goauto.ca when you think you’ve got just the right candidate!
4. When you refer a candidate, you have “ownership rights” to that person for 1 year. Once that candidate is entered into our employee database, he/she cannot be referred by another employee until your ownership rights are up.
5. If hired, allow 30 days to receive your payout on your pay cheque.

Note that taxes will be applied.

Who is NOT eligible for the Referral Program?

• Go Auto executives, managers, or recruitment professionals

• A referred candidate already employed by Go Auto and candidates that are former Go Auto employees who return within 1 year after leaving the Organization

• A referred candidate whose information is present in the recruitment database system more than 5 days prior to the referral being entered by employee

• A hire made as a result of a Go Auto sponsored recruiting event or as a result of a source other than “Employee Referral” (e.g., career fair, job board, advertisement, search firm, etc.)
