Don't Have a Go Card?

Get your FREE Go Card by logging in to the My Go Auto system and filling out the form. You should receive your new card in the mail within 10 business days. If you'd like one sooner, you can always pick up a Go Card from the Parts & Service department at any Go Auto dealership. Your Go Card can be used immediately, which means you can save money on your very next purchase from Go Auto!

Frequently Asked Questions

With the Go Card, you:

  • save 10% on all future parts and service spending at any participating Go Auto Dealership
  • earn 5% of your parts and service spending back on your card, to be used for future savings
  • earn $500 every time you refer a new customer to Go Auto and they buy a vehicle using your referral code
  • save $500 off the second car you buy from Go Auto (and the third, and the fourth, etc.)*
  • save 10% on every purchase at Klondike Cycle (where they sell bike and hockey equipment)
  • receive additional savings and special offers at many local businesses

Log in to My Go Auto (in the top left of the screen) to check your current Go Card Balance.

After your referral has purchased a vehicle at a Go Auto Dealership with your referral code, it can take up to 15 business days for you to receive your $500 credit.

Not only can you use your Go Card rewards on parts and service spending, but you can use it as a down payment on a vehicle.

You cannot use it towards Go Insurance payments, Go Auto Finance payments, or purchases at Klondike Cycle (your Go Card does save you 10% on every Klondike purchase, though!).

The $500 referral bonus is applied to your account when a NEW Go Auto customer buys a vehicle using your referral code. So if someone has bought a vehicle from Go Auto in the past, they cannot be referred with your Go Card code.

You will get a response within two business days. When your new Go Card is updated, your balance and rewards will automatically be transferred to the new Go Card.

The referral code that was given to you should be presented to your sales associate as soon as you start the buying process. This will ensure you get the referral discount, and the referral gets credited accordingly.

Yes, but we will need to verify this with the account holder directly.

We send out exclusive sales and service offers to our Go Card customers several times a month. If you’re not receiving those emails, simply email marketing@goauto.ca and we’ll have you added to the list.

I’ve Heard About the Go Auto “Selfie.” What is That?

The “Selfie” is, essentially, a self-referral. After you’ve bought your first Go Auto car, you’ll save $500 off the cost of every Go Auto vehicle you purchase after that!

A customer’s continued use of the Go Card and Go Card Preferred Partner program constitutes notice and acceptance of the changes to the terms and conditions.

Go Card

The Go Card may be used at any participating Go Auto dealership. The Go Card must be presented at time of purchase and only one discount per person, per visit will be accepted.

This Card may be not used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special prizes.

The Card holder is responsible for all transactions on the Card and the Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Go Auto shall not be held accountable for any redemption of rewards or funds made without the owner's consent. Go Auto reserves the right to correct any transactions made in error.

Go Auto reserves the right to terminate a Card at any time due to suspected misuse. Go Card promotional dollars cannot be converted to cash.

Go Card Preferred Partner

The Preferred Partner Card is exclusive to businesses and organizations that have joined the Go Auto Partner Program.

The Preferred Partner Card may be used at any participating Go Auto dealership — some conditions apply, please see in-store for details.

The Preferred Partner Card must be presented at time of price negotiation and only one discount per person, per visit will be accepted.

This Card may be not used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special prizes.

The Card holder is responsible for all transactions on the Card and the Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Go Auto shall not be held accountable for any redemption of points or funds made without the owner's consent.

Go Auto reserves the right to correct any transactions made in error. Go Auto reserves the right to terminate a Card at any time due to suspected misuse.

The Go Preferred Partner Card has no cash, monetary or other value and cannot be converted into any currency.
