You can check your Go Card balance by logging in to your Go Auto account or by registering online.
Once your friend or family member has purchased their vehicle, they will receive a Go Card of their own. During this process you will receive your $500.00 referral credit. It can take up to one business day to show up on your account online.
If you have forgotten your referral code, please contact the Happy to Help Desk at 1.888.298.1954 or email happytohelp@goauto.ca with your full name, explaining that you have forgotten your referral code.
If you have lost your Go Card, please contact the Happy to Help Desk at 1.888.298.1954 or email happytohelp@goauto.ca with your full name, explaining that you have misplaced your Go Card and would like a new one mailed to you. You will get a response within two business days. When your new Go Card is updated, your balance and rewards will automatically be transferred to the new Go Card.
The referral code that was given to you should be presented to your sales associate right at the start. This will insure that you get the referral discount, and the referral gets credited accordingly.

Under certain circumstances, you may still be experiencing issues using and viewing this site. The first thing you can try is changing your browser mode. Press F12 (or go into the Tools menu and choose Developer Tools) while having Internet Explorer open.This will open a panel on the bottom of your screen. Try changing both the Document Mode and the Browser Mode to as high as is available, in most cases Internet Explorer 9.

You can also choose to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
